Meet The Team

With 18 years of experience in real estate, Jodi Deranja started her career assisting top producing real estate agents in Los Angeles. While obtaining her real estate license she graduated college with degrees in Business Management and Human Resource Management. Over the years Jodi has been involved with every aspect of a real estate transaction from beginning to end, including marketing and listing presentations to delivering keys to happy homeowners. Jodi's love of real estate and interior design combined with her creative twist on marketing has made her an excellent addition to Compass.

Jodi resides in Glendale with her husband, 3 kids, and their 2 dogs. She serves as a foundation board member at The Campbell Center, whose mission is to provide developmentally disabled adults the opportunity to participate in mainstream community life. She is a frequent visitor to her spin studio, hiking trails and the Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club. As a connoisseur of Los Angeles cuisine Jodi can often be spotted at restaurants throughout the Los Angeles area and can always be relied upon for a great recommendation.

Kirsty Williamson is a real estate assistant working toward getting her license and fully jumping into the world of real estate. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017 with a degree in advertising and has 2+ years experience in leasing luxury residential homes across the Austin and LA markets in the corporate multi-family industry. Kirsty prides herself on hard work, great customer service and professionalism. When she isn't working, she is trying out new recipes for her family, singing, and playing with her ginger boston terrier, Churchill.

Simone, our logistics queen! Her real title is Transaction Coordinator.  She has years of Real Estate experience and an unflappable demeanor. She handles all the paperwork involved in a transaction. She makes sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed and signatures are in place. She is an intregal part of our team!
